I need some guy help. ?

There is a guy I really like and we flirt whenever we see each other. We typically do a lot of texting back and forth and he calls me sometimes to go snowboarding (I haven't been able to go yet). The other night he drove me home after he was done at work (he's a bouncer at a bar my roommates and I frequent). One our way back he ped my house and dropped his friend off first and then drove me home. When we got to my house he unbuckled his seat belt to give me a hug and said we need to hang out. I feel like I'm the one that's gonna need to make the move in this situation and I'm not sure how to do that. Should I kiss him? Does he like me?
