I wanted to know if taking other medications lower the effectiveness of birthcontrol? ?

I take Cipralex (anti-depressant), Biphentin (Anti-anxiety), Siroquel (sleeping pills) AND I take Yasmin as my birth control. I was just wondering if there is a bigger chance to get pregnant if i am using other meds. I heard it takes away some of the hormones in Yasmin...
