Property rights on seperation?

I fell pregnant very unexpectedly last year & my partner stopped speaking to me & refused to acknowledge it. He was mentally abusive at home & continued smoking in front of me. I felt unable to stay at home due to the environment making me ill & for fear of damaging my unborn child. We jointly own a home (only just in equity). We cannot agree a settlement & he has already gone off with another woman which has destroyed me. I think he is planning to move her in to my house. Can I stop this? I still keep keys & store things there while I still own the property with him. Could I move back in & have him removed as I am having our baby in 6 weeks time? I am desperate to stop him 'taking everything' from me like he wants too. I don't know what to do. I am tied to a rental lease until end Nov this year now. Could I maintain my rights until then & then move back in to my house & take possesion? It is torturing me still that he he moved on so quickly. I do not want to lose any of my rights. What can I do??? Can anyone help me please??
