Cheap and Nice/Good brand VolleyBall Uniform?

So my team, has been wanting new V-ball uniform for FOREVER. So I was put in charge to look for new uniform and fund raising ideas. I thought "No Problem." But now I feel overwhelmed. :P Didn't realize there are sooo many uniforms out there. I need help. We want to look Hot on court but not too showy if you know what I mean. Any help? and also fundraising ideas for paying off the uniforms? Thanx!
