Does the australia government subsidise ED drugs?

i got a perscription for cialis, and got it filled at the pharmacy, but it cost alot $16 per pill because they said the government doesn't subsidise the drug. i got a health care card from centrelink that i have used and gotten perscription drugs with for like $4.50 when they should have cost $90. my question is does the government subsidise any ED drugs? is there any way to get the cheaper? are any generic cialis avaliable in australia?
