Hamas leader rejects peace talks?

As Israel has refused to sit at the same table of Hamas they do have a good point. Abbas represents the people of the West Bank NOT the Gaza Strip. so any peace plan that does not include them is not worth the paper its written on . IF Israel wants peace it should at least have the guts to sit down with its foe as it did in 2008 when Hamas and Israel BOTH agreed on a cease fire which Israel broke 4 months later So whats to stop Israel doing the very same thing again .?
