I made only 12,425 this year i claim 2 exemptions, i am head of household will i get a refund??? help!!?

If they are under 17 and they live with you, then yes you will almost surely get a refund of whatever you had withheld for federal income tax, plus and EIC of around $4716, plus maybe something more for the Additional Child Tax Credit.
