If you buy the bulk frozen boneless, skinless chicken , how do you defrost them?

In the frigde or under running or frquently chnaged cold water. Or even in the microwave on defrost. If you bought a TON of them and want to re-freeze them you can...just be prepared to have frozen finger for a few minutes. Thaw partially intil you can "break" or pry the s apart, place in freezer bags, lable with date and contents, and freeze.
