Is There An Adult Sims Game?

Is there an offline game that is like the sims but is more adult themed that isn't just little kiddie stuff. I mean like the sims as you have a job and house and all that but you can actually have a relationship with someone and has nudity but you can do stupid stuff in it? Does anybody know?
