Last night on good eats alton brown made beef jerky few questions for you if you know?

he was having no more than a rare steak...and they also have ground steak which is beef tartar and it is widely used in 5 star resturants..as a light lunch fare........and like you said also the jerky is not cooked either ...have you ever eaten beef jerly well its only dried not cooked ...look also at sushi....
