On a Cisco Catalyst switch - can you decipher pword from config?

I inherited a catalyst 2948 switch and have the saved config with the encrypted pword. Is there a way to devine the pword from this? I know there are tools to do this for Cisco IOS - but can't find one for CatOS. Thanks.
