Now I need major help PLEASE. and soon if possible?

I have been writing on here for awhile. I am completely confused and it's starting to drive me insane. I started my last period on the evening of February 23rd, 2009. I had on the 15th and16th. So far today I have not started yet. It is March 25th. I am having slight cramps or twinges in what feels like my ovaries. I currently have a dull headache and we are starting to get our hopes up. The only problem is that I took a HPT yesterday which would have been 9-10 days after and it was negative. Since today it has now been 11 days since and still no period, Is there a chance I was ovulating on the 15th? Today makes me on day 31 of my cycle and still no period. But I figure even if it has been 11 days since , I could have still ovulated 3 days before , right? And missed our window?? Or could that mean, I was ovulating then, 11 days ago? What is the possibility of me being pregnant and when can I test again? I have wet discharge (TMI) but then it goes dry again. (Back and forth) My right is a little tender but nothing too bad but it does look alot fuller than my left. I have veins on my right as well but I am a thin person so I think they've always been there. I never miss a period though and usually start between the 24th-26th. Am I even considered late yet? Sorry if I am driving people crazy asking same questions. Thanks!
